Early voting concludes

The two-week early voting period in Bandera County and throughout Texas concluded last Friday, October 29.
Of the 17,210 registered voters in Bandera County, a total of 789 people voted early, accounting for 4.58 percent of the population, according to the Texas Secretary of State’s office.
Of those 789 people, twelve cast their vote by mail. Statewide, 681,396 registered voters participated in early voting, accounting for 4.01 percent of the state’s 16,995,911 registered voters.
119,610 of those early voters did so by mail.
There are a total of 16,995,911 registered voters in Texas.
