Medina Independent School District Superintendent Kevin Newsom addressed students, parents and the school family in a July 14 letter that was reprinted on the school district’s Facebook page.
It said in part, “We have been getting a lot of calls on how schools will look and what the plan is for the 2020 - 2021 school year. We have been working diligently on our plan including some surveys you will be getting today (July 14).”
Newsom said MISD has been extremely careful not make decisions in haste throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, which he felt was a beneficial approach.
