Sheriff’s Arrests

From December 14-19, the following people were arrested in Bandera County:

Joey Swarthout, 31, of Bandera, was arrested December 14 by the

Sheriff’s Office (SO) on a motion to revoke parole warrant and possession of a controlled substance.

James Morgan, 40, of Bandera, was arrested December 16 by SO for violating a court order, released December 16.

Wyatt Moody, 26, Bandera, was arrested December 16 by SO on two motion to revoke parole warrants and a warrant from an outside agency, released December 16.

Frank Stephenson, 58, of Daymon, arrested December 16 by SO for judgemnet-felony.

Abby Connors, 62, of Lakehills, arrested December 16 by SO for assault by contact, released December 17.

Casey Bowen, 32, of Lakehills, arrested December 16 for first-offense DWI, released December 17.

Ann Rott, 43, of Bandera, arrested December 17 for injury to a child.

Cole Frazier, 21, of Hondo, arrested December 19 by Texas Highway Patrol on a warrant from an outside agency, released December 19.

As of Monday, December 29, there were 57 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, two of which were contract inmates from Real County.

Forty inmates were male, and 17 were female.
