John Mitchell Dale III, 92, passed away peacefully at his home in Mico, Texas, on Aug. 14, 2020, where he had been looking out over Medina Lake for the past 35 years with his wife Anne. John was born June 15, 1928 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to John Mitchell Dale Jr. and Helen Bauer Dale. Upon graduation from Fortier High School in New Orleans, Louisiana at the age of 17, he enlisted in the Navy.
