KIM HOWARD MCGOWAN
Kim Howard McGowan, age 67, passed away after a long and well lived life. Kim enjoyed working at Cedar Shack and the Elementary School in Bandera after spending time being a photographer, horticulturist, woodmaker, Head Maintenance for several businesses, so many other adventures within his life. He loved to read, cook, garden, and hunt. He was always the brightest smile in the room, and he always made sure to make you laugh. Kim made everyone feel loved and always lent a helping hand when it was needed. He will be sorely missed.
Kim is predeceased by his wife Julie, father Milton, mother Bobbie, and brother Scott. He is survived by Cesar his beloved dog, brother Tim & his wife Ginny, daughters Wendi & husband John and Misty & husband Brian, grandchildren John-Niklas, Jordanna, Skylar, Kimmie, Bradley and Lex(husband Javi-son Liam), girlfriend Janine & her children Dustin and Sarah. He had 13 nieces and nephews as well as numerous loved ones. We will be scattering Kim’s ashes around his tree, a spot that was meaningful to him and his family.
