MADELINE MAYS

Madeline Louise Hall Mays passed away on Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, in a San Antonio hospital. She was 70 years old.

Madeline was born March 30, 1949 in San Antonio, Texas to Edwin B. Hall and Madeline M. Mahan Hall.

She was preceded in death by her father, stepfather Edgar Ray Phillips and brother Kenneth Hall.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years Lloyd D. Mays, son Cale Mays and fiancée Christine Jackson, mother Madeline Phillips, sisters Connie Mann, Elizabeth Kaiser and Sharon Mutz, brothers Jon Hall, William Phillips and Jim Phillips, grandchildren Christopher and Derian Smith and also numerous extended family members, neighbors and friends.

Madeline and Lloyd were Bandera County residents for 40 years.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, at 11 a.m. at the Pipe Creek Cemetery on FM 1283, with Rev. Clarence Hawkins officiating.
