For the Bulletin The Joshua D. Brown Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas has announced the winners of the two $1,000 college scholarships that the chapter granted to 2020 high school graduates this year. They are Cade Kneuper, a 2020 graduate of Hamilton High School in Hamilton, Texas where he was third in his class, and Andrew Stieler, a 2020 graduate of Kerrville Tivy High School who graduated in the top quarter of his class.
