Thursday, Oct. 1 The Bandera County Republican Women will hear Wayne and Marcy Voss of Boerne talk about the Gold Star Mothers program they are involved in when it meets at 5:30 p.m. at the Silver Sage, 803 Buck Creek Dr. in Bandera. Gold Star Mothers serves the families of those whose sons and daughters were lost while serving our country. The Vosses will make their presentation after 6 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
