HERMAN HENRY FRERICH

Herman Henry Frerich, Sr. 79, of Bandera, Texas, passed away on March 7, 2024, in Kerrville, Texas. Herman was born on Jan. 5, 1945.

Herman enjoyed playing football in high school. He always talked about having his own construction company from a very early age. After graduating from Bandera High School, he tried one year of college at Southwest Texas State University. He decided he would rather be working so he left and started his own construction company which he named Herm’s Construction. In his off-time Herman loved working with cattle on his share of the family ranch in Pipe Creek. He was always happiest working with his heavy equipment until he was forced to retire due to health issues.

Herman is preceded in death by parents Erby and Agnes Frerich and his son Christopher Frerich.

Herman is survived by his wife Brenda Frerich. Son; Herman Henry Frerich II and wife Shawna. Sisters; Barbara Packard and husband Bill, Mary Kathryn Ryan and Husband Eddie Jon, Debbie Stewart, and husband Alven. Grandchildren; Emily Leeper, Ashley Frerich, Herman H. Frerich III, Kourtney Frerich, Christopher Frerich II, Tyler Frerich. Great Grandchildren; Nolan Leeper, Preston Frerich, Hadleigh Frerich, Waylon Frerich, Steele Frerich, Sloane Frerich. Nieces and Nephews; Penny Nolan and Husband Tom, Melissa Packard, Trey Ryan and wife Brigette, Kathy Wisdom and husband Patrick, Chad Stewart, Chuck McKay, and Greg McKay A rosary will be held on March 22, 2024, at 2 PM at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Bandera, Texas with a Mass to follow. Burial will take place at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery.
