Editor’s Note: The following letter responds to letter printed in last week’s issue of the Bulletin.

To the letter writer from Medina who received a speeding ticket driving 70 mph in a 55 mph zone on FM 470: you, sir, are mistaken. The speed limit on FM 470 is NOT 70 mph “end to end”. At the intersection of FM 470 and FM 462 in Tarpley, the speed limit is 45 mph. Driving east from this intersection, the speed limit increases to 55 mph and then 70 mph.
