Twinkle lights are all over the Bandera County Library. The holiday season is in full gear, and the library is ready to celebrate. Local author and Bandera County resident, Joanne Kukanza Easley, was recently named the recipient of the 2020 Indie Author Project. Her novel, “Sweet Jane,” was the winner in the adult fiction category.
