The newest restaurant in Pipe Creek, Monte Alteza, celebrated its Grand Opening on Friday, May 17, with the help of the Bandera County Chamber of Commerce.The ribbon cutting was swamped with over 60 people from the area and the Chamber.Owners Ruben and Carina Perales from Pipe Creek were all smiles as they filled glasses and brought out food to their hungry patrons.As performer Johnny Saxx, a local favorite, played and sang some easy listening tunes, the crowd enjoyed wine, sangria and small bites.The coconut shrimp seemed to be an overwhelming favorite, while the flatbread pizzas ran a second in popularity.Monte ...
