At the August 24 Commissioners Court meeting, current Superintendent of Road & Bridge John Andrade was reappointed to his position for another twoyear term.Before voting unanimously to reappoint Andrade, the Commissioners discussed his performance.“As Precinct 4 Commissioner, I will tell you that John and I have a great working relationship,” stated Commissioner Jody Rutherford, who indicated the extensive amount of caliche roads plus paved roads that need maintaining. “He’s got his work cut out for him.
