At the time of this writing, stores are re-opening, restaurants are again serving indoors, and it appears the Covid-19 pandemic is coming to an end. And I see fewer and fewer people wearing masks and wearing gloves. Yet a recent USA Today article indicates the opposite; it says that states that are relaxing restrictions are seeing a rise in new cases, whereas states continuing restrictions are seeing fewer cases being reported.
