The Bandera Round-Up Labor Day Weekend celebration on Aug. 30-Sept. 1 had a lot to offer visitors, including two cattle drives in one parade on Saturday, Aug. 31. Only in Bandera! One of the most anticipated events during the holiday weekend was the Longhorn Cattle Drive and the Big Cowboy Capital Parade – featuring a cattle drive up Main Street with real cowboys herding dozens of real Longhorns, large and small, at the head of the parade.
