Christmas came a little early for 200-plus children and more than 70 low-income families in Bandera County on Saturday, Dec. 14. That’s when the special Christmas outreach called the Spirits of Christmas Presents sent out volunteers dressed in Santa costumes and others dressed as Christmas elves to deliver presents to youngsters who otherwise may not have gotten presents during the holiday.
