THP Sergeant Orlando De Luna Jr. told the Bulletin the next of kin has been notified and the investigation is ongoing.
“The Texas Department of Public Safety would like to take this opportunity to remind all drivers that an operator may not drive on the left side of the roadway in a no-passing zone or on the left side of any pavement striping designed to mark a no-passing zone,” said De Luna. “These measures are crucial to ensuring the safety of both themselves and others on the road.”
