Charles F. Fleeman passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at his home after a series of health issues. He was 85 years old. Charles Frederick Fleeman was born Nov. 25, 1933 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Margaret H. Stoermer Fleeman and Frederick A. Fleeman. He was united in marriage to Wanda J. Garnes on Nov. 29, 1987 in Nashville, Tennessee. Charles served his country honorably as a Marine.
