Lynn Huang Bower, 47, of Medina, Texas, passed away on March 12, 2020, at hospice in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in Touliu, Taiwan on Oct. 17, 1972 to her father Hsiung Huang and her mother Mei-Hua Wang Huang. Her birth name was Tz-Ling Huang. She adopted the given name Lynn as an adult. Lynn grew up in Taiwan. As a child, she had fond memories of riding to school on the back of her father’s motor-scooter. She enjoyed school very much and especially enjoyed learning English as a second language. After graduating from high school, she enrolled in Providence University in Taichung,
