MARION (SCHNEIDER) BOLAN

Marion, Mom, Gram, Gramma, GG, Aunt Marion left us May 8th, 2021 at the age of 95. She had her daughters Pat and Mary at her side in Fredericksburg, Texas when she passed peacefully into the next world.

Marion is survived by her daughter Pat (Dr. James Partin), son Mike (Katie), daughter Mary, daughter-in-law Jodi (Tim Campbell), grandchildren Bill (Sue), Ben (Sofia), Amy (Marc), Samantha (Paul), Mac (Tara), great grandchildren Tim, Molly, Kaleb, Mackenzie, Lucia, nieces Diane, Carol, Mary Ann, Susie, and countless friends and family who were blessed with her company during her joyous time with us.

Marion is predeceased by her husband Chuck, her son Bill, her son Dave, her sister Evelyn (Jim Gilliam), and many loved ones lost over the course of her long life. Marion was born in Westlake, Ohio in 1925. Marion’s mother Laverne Schneider passed away in 1962 and her father Edward Schneider in 1938.

To know Marion was to love her. In spite of many early losses of loved ones, Marion was a strong survivor and was quick to provide a giggle to cheer up those around her. Marion loved her time in Texas and her return to Ohio in recent years. She loved her family and friends and her many dogs over the years. Marion loved nature and being in the garden. She loved to cook and share meals and laughs around the table. Marion loved her independence and to get in her car and go shopping or even drive back and forth between Ohio and Texas.

We will miss her immensely. If there is such a place as heaven there is no doubt she is there joining and laughing with all the spirits of those who she loved and loved her while on this beautiful planet.
