William E. Bryce, 91, of Kerrville, Texas, passed away on December 12, 2020, in Kerrville. He was born in Sacramento, California, on May 13, 1929, to Virgil L. and Lillie Schwartz Bryce. William Bryce went into the newly formed United States Air Force in 1948. After training, he went to Germany, serving in the historic Berlin Airlift.
