William Scott Anderson passed away at the home of his parents, Gene and Debbie Wehmeyer. He was 48 years old. Scott was born in Kerrville, Texas, on Sept. 2, 1972. He grew up in Bandera, where he attended school from kindergarten through high school. After graduation, Scott enlisted in the United States Air Force and served in security during Desert Storm. After the Air Force, Scott received his associate’s degree in cyber security. Scott was an incredibly gifted artist. Scott is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Barbara Tomlinson.
