Medina High School’s Boys’ Basketball Coach Bill Carter has been named the winner of the Jerry Petitgone Award at the University of Dubuque this year, a post on the Medina Independent School District Facebook page said. The award is presented to an alumnus of the university who has achieved outstanding success in the coaching profession.
