Bandera High School’s cross country season for boys and girls starts Aug. 15 with the Medina XC Relay and will continue for eight weeks, ending with the District 28-4A Cross Country Championships which will be held for both boys and girls on Oct. 15 in Bandera, according to a schedule released by school officials last week.
Qualifiers at the district competition will move on to the UIL Region IV Cross Country Championships in Corpus Christi on Oct. 26, and qualifiers there will compete at the Cross Country State Championships in Round Rock on Nov. 7, the schedule says.
