Medina Independent School District Coach Melissa “Missy” Pump has been named the Texas Girls Coaches Association 2019-20 1A-2A-3A-4A Cross Country Sub-Varsity Coach of the Year. “The TGCA said I was up against all 1A-4A coaches in Texas for the honor,” Pump told the Bandera Bulletin. Medina is a Class 1A school, meaning it is smaller than many of the other schools competing for the honor.
