The Utopia Independent School District is encouraging parents and guardians to sign up for an online presentation by the Region 20 Education Service Center titled “Dangerous Teen Trends.” The presentation, which will be delivered through the Zoom virtual meeting app, will examine a variety of school-age trends important to families, including alcohol, drugs and internet safety, the school district said. It will help parents identify red flag behavior suggesting their children might be having issues associated with drugs, alcohol or internet safety.
